I know from my days as a tobacco smoker and from my dear old Grandfather who used to talk about his 'half ounce of A1' (or later Golden Virginia). This would last him a week - a solid block 3 or 4 inches long. Later, when it all went metric, I think it bacame 12.5 grammes. |
