Hi, just a little frustrated rant to no one in particular.

I signed up to that new TAS, it's a nightmare trying to validate anything. eventually using someone else's computer I managed to work it. As a prolific Trojan buyer I quickly got the required amount of buys for the Letter & patch. I clicked on the claim button weeks ago and no sign of the fore mentioned items. I then thought I'd check and see which contact details they had just to be sure they were correct... Mmmm no profile button, dropdown or anything resembling one. So where if at all have they sent my stuff and how can I tell? Trojan making simple stuff hard since 1968. Talk about making it hard to use.

I (eventually) got all my stuff, but not until I contacted them about the missing item(s)... Rolling Eyes

Sorry to hear that, TW - you're not alone in your frustrations (though that probably won't make you feel any better).

I validated/registered 60-70 products when it first started up and eventually received all my "bits".

A few months later when I went to try and register some more stuff, I couldn't log in and also couldn't log in via my FB account.

After some frustrations and a couple of weeks I was able to log in and lo and behold! All my validated discs had disappeared.

I contacted the support but had no response whatsoever, so now I've lost interest in what was a worthwhile idea......
