Unless it's Friday, when it can't be said to be possible! | True. The boozer awaits, beer, and darts until "time gentlemen"! _________________ It seems that our brave new world is becoming less tolerant, spiritual and educated than it ever was when I was young.

thought I'd nailed a CD copy from Amazon.UK a month ago - got charged for it & an email saying it was on the way, only to get another email this week saying they were refunding me due to it getting lost!!!??? (The constant joy of mail order)
So had to go for the LP via Juno

Picked up a CD copy of the Alan Parsons Project's first album, 1976's "Tales Of Mystery And Imagination: Edgar Allan Poe". I'd bought the LP pretty much 'pon release after a pal played it one night after some darts and heavy drinking...not my usual thing, but I really enjoyed the classical influences in it - still like it now and look forward to spinning this.
That same mate also sold me a couple of Lee & Roy 12" singles, so we were often on the same page - interestingly, he represented London at darts and his older brother (a huge brick shithouse) was a professional wrestler, but not at TV level.
Track list...A Dream Within A Dream 3:42
The Raven 3:58
The Tell-Tale Heart 4:35
The Cask Of Amontillado 4:29
(The System Of) Doctor Tarr And Professor Fether 4:12
The Fall Of The House Of Usher (15:13)
~ Prelude
~ Arrival
~ Intermezzo
~ Pavane
~ Fall
To One In Paradise 4:21 I also bought "The Best of the Tams - Hey Girl, Don't Bother Me" - hardly have a track by them - it doesn't have DANCING MOOD on it, but it pales in comparison to Delroy's over anyway:1. Hey Girl Don't Bother Me
2. Be Young Be Foolish Be Happy
3. I've Been Hurt
4. Go Away Little Girl
5. It's All Right (You're Just in Love)
6. The Letter
7. Laugh It Off
8. The Greatest Love
9. You Lied to Your Daddy
10. Shelter
11. All My Hard Times
12. Weep Little Girl
13. What Kind of Fool (Do You Think I Am)
14. Silly Little Girl
15. Anna (Go to Him)
16. Melancholy Baby
17. Riding For a Fall
18. Got to Get Used to a Broken Heart
19. The Truth Hurts
20. Why Did My Little Girl Cry
21. Get Away (Leave Me Alone)
22. Untie Me ...at least a couple of Reggae covers (come in, Derrick Harriott) althought the GREATEST LOVE is not the same as Busty Brown (which was a Lee Dorsey original anyway) _________________ Play it nice and cool, son. Nice and cool! You know what I mean.
