To hazard a complete guess, I think it was the Jamaican label that Leon Hyatt's 'Forty Days And Forty Nights' came out on, and that's probably its most well known track.

I have one - the sole release on the label I imagine:

BS 100 Why Did You Leave/Version - Lloyd Vandel and The Heptones (Prod: Barry Forde and Roy Francis) (1973)

It's the only copy I've ever seen, and I'd hazard a guess that it was recorded while the Heptones were touring the UK. It's actually a pretty pedestrian do-over of their S1 hit 'Why Did You Leave Me To Cry'.
