Hi Mick,
I use a CD with tiny brushes built on it - it plays about 30 seconds of classical music while doing so, that way you know when it's finished.
I usually punt this through 3 or 4 times...
Trouble is, I can't remember what make it is and can't lay my hands on it just now, but I bought from somewhere like Woolie's a few years ago - cost about sicks or seven quid.
Not much help, I s'pose... _________________ Play it nice and cool, son. Nice and cool! You know what I mean.

Hey Joe,i've actually got one of those which said it worked on cd/dvd etc, tried it on our dvd player which promptly refused it!,so wimped out using it on my cd in case it damaged it (yeah,i knew it wouldn't)Emailed Cambridge Audio, who recommend using a small can of compressed air, like you'd use for blowing down pc's,keyboards etc and blowing the transport section down.So looks like i'll be whipping cd's top off pretty soon _________________ take me to jamaica where the ska comes from!! |
